But lately I realized: sleep is not a weakness, but a strength. It is not just rest, but a vital need of the body. When we sleep, the body recovers, the brain processes information, and the immune system becomes stronger. I notice how my mood changes if I sleep less than 6 hours. Irritability appears, it is difficult to concentrate, even the skin looks dull. But just 7-8 hours of quality sleep can do wonders: a clear mind, calmness, energy for the whole day. Sleep is self-care. It is like an internal reboot, without which we simply "hang". Therefore, I am learning to choose myself - turn off the phone, ventilate the room, brew tea with mint and tell myself: "You deserve rest." After all, a good night's sleep is the best thing we can give ourselves every day.
