Outdoor yoga — my personal happiness ritual 🌿
id: 10043304

Sometimes it seems to me that the most important things in life are simple habits, but moments when you are completely in the present. That's how I feel when I roll out my mat somewhere in the park, breathing in the morning air, feeling the grass under my feet and listening to the birds sing. Yoga in nature has become more than just a sport for me — it's a way to recover, to tune in to a wave of peace and harmony. I like the feeling of freedom: no walls, no fuss, just me and the world around me. Often, doing the "tree pose" under a real tree, I smile to myself — after all, everything ingenious is so simple. Sometimes passersby smile back, someone even sits down next to me in the lotus position and stretches after me. It's cute. It reminds me: energy attracts energy. That's why I decided to try this site - maybe there is someone here who loves the same simple joys, who knows how to feel the moment and who responds to my rhythm of life. I believe that people meet when they are truly ready. And if you are reading these lines and feel that you respond - do not be shy, write.
