I never liked these places - too many memories.

Since childhood, I have a strong aversion to hospitals.

I remember how one day in the first grade I fell hard during a break and broke my arm.

Then it seemed to me that a cast was the end of the world, and a doctor's hospital gown was a villain's costume 😅

Since then, nothing has changed - the same walls, smells and the feeling that time has stopped.

Now I'm sitting with my phone in my hands and looking for an interesting book to somehow distract myself.

But I still can't choose, I want something that will really draw me in.
Maybe you can suggest something to read?

Something that left a vivid impression on you?
