I downloaded the app, turned on the voice of a guru from India (at least that's what it seemed to me) and settled comfortably on the couch.
Somewhere at the words "feel the flow of energy in your body" I felt only one thing, as fatigue gently hugged my shoulders.
The next thing I remember is a dream with a unicorn and coffee
Three hours later (!) I woke up, as if after a deep hypnosis session. The world was different. Me too. And even the cat, it seems, was embarrassed.
1. Meditation works. Just not what I expected.
2. Now I have a new way to fall asleep without melatonin.
3. Guru, thanks, but next time wake me up somehow.
