Minimalism: fewer things - more freedom brief
id: 10043175

When the house is cluttered, the brain feels overloaded too. Minimalism isn't about boredom, it's about priorities. It teaches you to discard the superfluous to make room for the real thing.

Think about how many things in your home you don't use? How many tabs are open in your browser? How many commitments have been made just out of courtesy?

Minimalism is a way to bring order not only to your space, but also to your life.
Start with simple things: - remove one shelf - give up one thing that does not bring you joy - say "no" where you used to agree out of guilt When there is less noise around, the heart becomes more audible.
And with it comes clarity: what you really want, where to go, who to be with.

Minimalism is a choice in favor of yourself.
