How to save motivation when you want to get out

There are days when you wake up and you want nothing. No things to do, no goals, no plans. Even coffee doesn't help. Everything seems meaningless and distant. It's normal. Everyone goes through a slump.
At such times, you should not push yourself, but support yourself.

The first step is acceptance. Accepting that motivation is lacking doesn't make you lazy or weak. It makes you alive.

The second step is to move in small steps.
Clean up the bed. Drink some water. Take a shower. Do one simple action - not for the result, but for the rhythm.
Motivation doesn't appear out of thin air. It comes from action. Even the smallest of actions.

Ask yourself: what can I do today that is even 1% better than yesterday?
Don't chase inspiration - it comes after action.
Also: be kind to yourself. Your progress is not only your successes, but also the fact that you didn't give up on a difficult day.
