There are days when the whole world is too loud. You wake up, and it’s as if news, tasks, calls, expectations suddenly burst into you. And all this is so familiar, so habitual, so... tiring.
I recently caught myself on the fact that I stopped hearing silence. Real, internal. Not the one outside, but the one where you are alone with yourself - without roles, without the need to seem strong, collected or interesting.
It happened by accident. I was riding in a minibus, looking out the window, and suddenly realized - I don’t think. I just am. Without analysis, without plans, without keeping in shape. And this feeling was almost sacred.
We so often live “as we should”. But sometimes you just want to be. Tell yourself, “You don’t have to drag this out. You can be vulnerable. You have the right to take a break.”
I don’t know what exactly brought me to this point. Maybe it was pent-up. Maybe I just grew up. But I’ve learned that trust doesn’t start with the other person. It starts with trusting yourself.
