You are always smiling. Comfortable. Unobtrusive. You know what others want - and often you don't know what you want yourself. Because that's what you were taught: to be kind, beautiful, right.

But the role of the "good girl" is exhausting. It steals your voice. And as long as you are afraid of disappointing - you don't hear yourself.

To start is to honestly answer: "What do I want?"

And to allow yourself to be alive, not perfect.
