How i learned to love evening walks and what they gave me.
id: 10056887

I used to dislike evenings — they seemed to be filled with emptiness and fatigue. But one day, completely by chance, I decided to take a walk before bed. Just like that, without a goal.

The air was cool and fresh, and the streets were deserted. In the silence, I heard my heart beating, the leaves rustling under my feet. And suddenly it became clear — these moments of peace give me the opportunity to hear myself.

Since then, evening walks have become my little ritual. Sometimes I just watch the city getting ready for bed, the lights in the windows burning and the stars twinkling. Sometimes — I let my thoughts fly away to where there is no rush and anxiety.

This simple ritual helped me become calmer, more collected and... happier. After all, happiness is not always about big events, sometimes it’s just an opportunity to stop and feel life.

Do you have your own little rituals that make everyday life brighter? Maybe you should start with a simple walk?
