The secret to a good mood? It's not mysticism or liters of coffee (although a cup does happen).
But simple, almost imperceptible rituals. My own, like my favorite slippers.
For example, I start every morning with water with lemon. Not because it's fashionable, but because it gives me a feeling of a fresh start. Then I always do stretching - not yoga, not fitness, but just ten minutes to wake up in my body, and not just in my head.
I also turn on music. Sometimes it's jazz, sometimes something absolutely crazy and cheerful. I dance in the kitchen while I'm making breakfast. Sometimes I just spin around in my pajamas with a cup in my hands.
These are small things, but they contain life.
And in the evening, I turn off my phone an hour before bed. This time is just for me. A book, candles, a warm bath, or just silence.
When I live in such a rhythm, even the grayest day seems softer, warmer.
Happiness is not a result. It is a habit.
And I choose it again every day.
