My secret way to return mood

We all have those days when everything falls apart. When you don't want to see anyone and your mood is at zero. Me, too.
And in such moments, I save myself in a simple but magical way.

I turn on my favorite music - the music that gives me goosebumps. I take a glass of wine or hot tea, put on my cozy soft robe and dance in the kitchen. No mirror, no audience. Just me and the music.
Sometimes I sing. Sometimes I just close my eyes and move the way my soul feels.

After 15 minutes, I'm not the same person I was before.
I'm smiling. I can taste life again. And you know what? It works. Because self-care isn't selfishness, it's love.
Try it. Dance. Laugh. And come back to yourself.
