I used to get inspired and burn out quickly. I would start with enthusiasm and then.... I'd lose interest. I wanted instant results. I'd quit. And then I'd start something new again. It's like that all over again.
Then I decided to try something different. Not to chase the idea of “all at once”, but to choose one thing and do it every day. Just a little bit at a time. 10 minutes. One paragraph. A couple lines. Without feeling like it's not enough.
And, you know, that rhythm has become all about stability. Not the excitement of the start, but the calm of the movement. I learned not to chase motivation, but to rely on routine. It turned out that a small step every day gives much more than a rare leap forward.
