Each of us has a little ritual of comfort. Mine is an evening when the world stops somewhere outside the window, and I am left alone with myself. A warm blanket, a cup of fragrant tea, the soft light of a lamp… and nothing else.
On such evenings, I don’t try to be productive. I don’t read complex books or solve important issues. I simply allow myself to be calm, slow, soft. I watch the tea embrace my hands, the silence fall on my shoulders. And I feel everything inside relax.
Warm evenings teach me to appreciate the simple: peace, self-care, inner comfort. Because it is what brings us back to our true selves. No roles. No rush. No expectations. Just me, the blanket, the tea… and my spiritual home. π―
