There is a line between “difficult, but worth it” and “unbearable, but scary to change.” And we often feel it very clearly — at the level of the body, emotions, even dreams. But… we stay. Because change is always a risk. And not so much financial as identification.

We are used to associating ourselves with a certain status: “I am a marketer,” “I am an analyst,” “I am a manager.” And suddenly — who am I without this role? Will I be able to start from scratch? And what will my parents, colleagues, and my LinkedIn say?

Perhaps the most important question is not about a new job, but about whether I allow myself to be not perfect, not understood by everyone, but honest with myself.
