Letter about pauses in life
id: 10045189

Today I want to talk about silence. Not the kind that happens at night when everyone is asleep. But the kind that comes inside us when life seems to pause.
Have you ever felt this? Everything seems to be going according to plan: work, meetings, responsibilities — but suddenly there comes a moment when something stops. You wake up, look out the window, and don't know where to go next. And it's not sadness, no. It's something else... a pause.
I used to be afraid of moments like this. I thought it was a sign of weakness, of being lost. But now I accept it. Because it is in these inner pauses that I hear myself truly. Not the noise of the world, not the opinions of others, but my own quiet truth.
If you are in such silence right now, don't be afraid. Don't rush. Listen to yourself. Take a walk alone. Read old letters. Water a flower. Sometimes the most important decisions come not in a storm, but in a calm.
Take care of yourself. And remember: a pause is not a stop. It's a breath before a jump.
