Right now, I'm sitting in a small coffee shop by the window, hiding my nose in my scarf and watching raindrops slowly roll down the glass. At the next table, someone is animatedly discussing a movie, the barista is humming to himself, and I'm writing to you.
Have you ever felt that life is going too fast? That we are always rushing somewhere, chasing tasks, the perfect version of ourselves, trying to “do everything”? Today, I allowed myself to slow down. Just to sit, think, and not decide anything.
And I realized that sometimes the best way to move forward is to stop. Allow yourself a cup of cappuccino, a chance conversation with a stranger, a walk with no destination. The world won't collapse if you tell yourself “stop.” But your soul will be able to breathe.
So my letter is a reminder: slow down. Not for everyone. For yourself. At least for an hour. At least for one day.
