🤔🤗🤔how much time does it take online to move to a personal meeting?

We live in the era of online dating, chats and video calls. Everything has become easier, you say, but this is only in theory. In practice, many people have the same question: when is it time to move from correspondence to a personal meeting?

The answer is not as clear as we would like. It all depends on the context: the purpose of communication, age, character and even the level of trust. Some offer coffee on the third day, while others communicate for months, not daring to take a step towards reality.

Psychologists advise not to delay: if you communicate with a person every day, and the conversations are lively, interesting, trusting - then the optimal time for a meeting comes in 1-2 months. During this time, you can already form a general impression, but do not yet begin to idealize the interlocutor. Long correspondence can create an illusion of closeness that has nothing to do with reality.

On the other hand, forcing a meeting is also a big risk. If one of you is not ready, this can lead to awkwardness or even disappointment.

It is important to ask yourself honest questions:

- Am I comfortable with this person?
- Am I interested in communicating in person, and not just on the site?
- Do we have common goals and desires?
- If the answers are positive, it's time to move offline!

Online is only a bridge. But real connections are built face to face. Don't be afraid to step forward. That's where the most interesting things begin!
