And in order not to burn out in this endless swipe, I have collected for myself (and share with you!) several honest rules - how to search correctly and, most importantly, safely:

1. Clearly understand what you want.
This does not mean making a list of 25 qualities, but rather realizing: do you want a serious relationship? A family? Just communication? The answer helps not to waste time on those who are going in the other direction.

2. Be yourself.
Don't try to please everyone. Speak honestly about what's important to you. Fewer filters - more sincerity. This way you will attract those who need the real you.

3. Don't be afraid to say "no".
If you feel that communication is not yours - don't delay. You don't have to explain to anyone if you are uncomfortable.

4. Meet in person - only in safe places.
It is better to have your first date in a cafe, a public place.

5. Don't lose faith.
Each story is a step towards the right person. The main thing is not to give up and remember: YOU ARE WORTHY OF TRUE LOVE THAT WILL MAKE YOU STRONG, AND NOT PULL YOU DOWN!
