The challenge of staying focused at work 🧠

Work can sometimes feel like a battle against distractions. Phones buzzing, emails piling up, chat notifications — it’s easy to lose focus. But finding ways to concentrate can make all the difference. I try breaking my work into smaller chunks, setting a timer for 25 minutes (the Pomodoro technique), and then taking short breaks. Moving away from the screen, stretching, or just looking outside helps reset the mind. Also, I’ve learned to turn off unnecessary notifications and prioritize tasks in a to-do list.
