☀️ hot summer: how to survive the heat without loss of strength?
id: 10044828

When it's +35 outside and the air conditioner can barely cope, you want only one thing - to survive! But don't rush to hide in the refrigerator. Here are some simple and effective ways to fight the heat and feel comfortable even on the hottest day.

1. 💧 DRINK MORE WATER
Yes, it's trivial. But during the heat, the body loses moisture many times faster. Drink clean water every 30-60 minutes, even if you don't feel thirsty. Avoid coffee and alcohol - they dehydrate.

2. 🥗 EAT LIGHTLY
Fried meat and thick soups are the enemies of summer. Light salads, fruits, berries, cold soups like okroshka — that's what your body needs. By the way, watermelon is the best summer product: it refreshes and hydrates.

3. 🌬 COOL THE ROOM
Close the windows and curtains during the day, especially on the sunny side. Turn on the fans, put a bowl of cold water in front of them — get the effect of a "cool breeze".

4. 🧊 COOL YOURSELF
A simple trick: apply a cold compress or ice cube to your wrists and neck. You can also put a frozen hot water bottle in your bed at night. Yes, it works in the summer too!

5. 👕 WEAR THE RIGHT CLOTHES
Only natural fabrics: cotton, linen. Light colors. A loose fit is a must. No synthetics or tight-fitting clothes.

6. 🌇 PLAN YOUR DAY
Go outside before 11:00 or after 17:00. The rest of the time, rest if possible, do things at home or choose shady routes.

7. 🌿 LOOK FOR COOL
Parks, fountains, forests, ponds are the best place in the heat. And also museums, shopping centers and cinemas with air conditioning 😉

☀️ Summer is not a reason to suffer. Listen to your body, take care of yourself and enjoy warm days without overheating!
