💧 The morning begins with taking care of myself. I wake up early, drink water with lemon, do light stretching or yoga on the beach. Nothing complicated — I just listen to my body and breathe deeply. With the sound of the waves, every pose becomes easier, and my thoughts become clearer.
🥗 Eating on vacation is a pleasure, not a restriction. I choose simple, fresh food: fruits, vegetables, fish, seafood. Less sugar, more water. The sunny fruits here are so sweet that you just don’t want sweets!
🏃♀️ Movement every day — but without pressure. I swim, walk along the beach, ride a bike, sometimes I take a kayak or a SUP board. This is not a sport for the sake of results — it is the joy of movement, when the body thanks you for caring.
🧘♀️ Mental health comes first. I limit news and social networks, read a lot, keep a diary, meditate in the evening. And most importantly, I learn to be in the moment. Listen to the sound of the sea, feel the warmth of the sun, look at the stars and smile for no reason.
💤 Sleep is deep and calm. I go to bed early, sleep without anxiety, and wake up from the light, not from the alarm clock. It is a rare luxury to get a real night's sleep.
