Letters to myself

Today I decided to try something unusual — write a letter to myself... to the person I was a year ago. It's a strange feeling — addressing yourself, knowing that you've already been through everything, but still wanting to hug that former me and say, “You can do it.”
I would tell myself: “Don't be afraid to change. People will leave, and that's okay. You will stop clinging to what pulls you down. You will learn silence — not as loneliness, but as a place of strength. You will start smiling not because you have to, but because you want to.”
I would also add that your morning coffee will smell like hope again, not anxiety. And you will feel spring touching your skin once more.
Sometimes we forget how much we've already overcome. Sometimes you just need to sit down, breathe, and write yourself a letter. Not for anyone else. Not for social media. Just for yourself. 💌
