How small habits change your life ✨

I used to think that in order to change something, I had to turn everything upside down — move to a new city, get a new job, follow a strict routine, create the perfect daily schedule… But every time, I would get exhausted by day three.

Then I simply started small.
🌿 A few of my little habits:

In the morning, I don’t touch my phone for the first 10 minutes. I just breathe, drink some water, and look out the window.

Every evening, I thank myself for at least one thing I did — even if it was just taking a shower.

I read something inspiring for five minutes a day. Sometimes it's just one page.

I stopped apologizing when I simply say no — saying "no" has become a habit, not a source of stress.

What changed?

Life didn’t suddenly become magical, but it definitely became more peaceful. I'm no longer running from myself or waiting for the “perfect moment” to start living.
Sometimes, to feel happier, you don’t need to escape to Bali — you just need to start with yourself. Start small.
With a warm cup of tea in the evening. With a good night’s sleep. With an honest “I don’t want to” or “I actually like this.”

Don’t be afraid to start small. Tiny steps can take you places where big dreams are too scared to go. ☀️
