I am a yoga coach (and a bit of a wizard).

But the truth is that I am alive, real, sometimes lazy, sometimes explosive…
But with a mat under my feet, I become who I want to be. And sometimes even who I’m afraid to be — truly myself.
Yoga is not only about stretching and balance.
Yoga is when you suddenly catch yourself thinking that you can breathe.
No, not just “inhale-exhale” — but live the moment.
Feel how your body speaks to you — gently, stubbornly, sincerely.
Sometimes my students think that I read their minds.
And it’s true — I can see by their shoulders how their day went.
By their posture — how they sleep.
By their breathing — who they can’t forget…
Yes, being a yoga teacher is a little more than correcting the pose of “downward dog”.
It’s sometimes offering a shoulder when a person is leaning towards themselves.
It’s giving a hug with a glance.
It’s gently joking:
— Did you fall? Great! Now you know how to get up.
(And I’m always there. And the mat, too. It doesn’t judge.) Yoga is when you learn to let go. Even people. Even yourself — the old version.
And you become closer to who you want to be. And maybe… to whom.
So if you ever want to know what silence sounds like inside,
or just love yourself in every move, come to the mat.
