No less than my body. Even if the day starts with coffee, work and everyday life - somewhere inside there is always a need to think, analyze, notice something new, learn. This has become a kind of fitness for the mind for me.
Physical activity helps the body - and at the same time clears the head 🏃♀️
But there is another level of movement - when I solve puzzles, read, listen to podcasts, think about complex topics. It is not always about learning - it is about "food" for the mind, which does not allow thinking to rust.
Sometimes I even catch myself feeling uncomfortable in "easy" communication - I subconsciously seek depth. My brain wants to work, not hang in pauses. It needs content, logic, challenge, movement 🔄
We often talk about taking care of the body, but the brain is the same living organ as the heart or lungs. He also needs care, flexibility, new routes. And I choose not to stop. I choose movement.
Because the best thinking is the one that does not stop.
Even when the world around says: “enough”.
