I’m a medical professional. And yes, I’m proud of that. The path isn’t always easy - there are long nights, tough decisions, and emotional moments - but every time I see someone recover, smile again, or simply feel hope, I know it’s all worth it.

It means a lot that there's a day to recognize that kind of work. Even if it's brief, it gives us energy to keep going and reminds us: what we do matters. 💚

But I also believe that care and empathy shouldn’t end at work. In relationships, they matter just as much. Real closeness is when you feel the other person - when you sense their pain, their joy, their tiredness or hope, and you’re just there. No words needed. Just presence.
