You learn to breathe correctly, relax, relieve tension.
Posture and joint mobility are also important. Working at the computer, the phone, stress - all this makes us constrained. Flexibility is not only about splits, but also about freedom of movement every day. So that you can easily bend, turn, stretch and not feel restricted. If you also want to become flexible, start small. A few simple exercises in the morning, a little mindfulness and regularity. Everything comes with practice.
