Walking without a goal is the best cure for anxiety ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒ

There are days when everything is pressing. Thoughts are too loud, anxiety is like a heavy blanket that doesn't warm, but suffocates. And it is at such moments that I simply leave the house. Without a plan. Without a route. Without a goal ๐Ÿ’ญ

I go where my feet lead. I pass familiar streets, sometimes I turn to places I haven't been before. I look at the sky, listen to the wind, catch the smells of summer, tree bark, grass... and slowly everything inside calms down ๐ŸŒฟ

There is a strange magic in these aimless walks. They don't demand results, don't set goals, don't pressure with expectations. There is just me and the world. And that's enough ๐Ÿค

You can allow yourself to be slow. Stop by a flower. Sit on a bench. Watch the sun pass through the leaves. Just breathe. And breathe deeper ๐ŸŒž

Such walks bring you back to yourself. To your body. To your feelings. To the moment. They teach not to run away - but to be. Not to fight - but to accept. And gradually anxiety loses its power. It dissolves in the air, like fog at dawn ๐ŸŒซ๏ธ

Maybe we can't always change circumstances. But we can go outside. And take at least one step towards peace ๐Ÿ’š
