that one song in the supermarket 🎵
id: 10053107

You know that moment when you’re walking through the supermarket, half-awake, and suddenly… that song plays? The one you haven’t heard in years. And boom — you're 17 again, wearing headphones on a bus, heart full of chaos and dreams. 😅
That happened to me yesterday. I was in aisle six, looking for almond milk. And then — "Bittersweet Symphony" started playing. Yep. I froze. Somewhere between frozen peas and organic hummus. I just stood there, grinning like a weirdo. 😄
It’s wild how music works. One chord, one lyric — and you’re time-traveling. I didn’t even like that song that much back then. But suddenly, I remembered everything: old notebooks, city streets, the smell of cheap perfume, that feeling of being completely lost but weirdly hopeful.
I didn’t cry. But I did buy the wrong milk and forgot half my list. Worth it? 100%. That one song made me feel alive in the most unexpected place — next to a freezer full of fish fingers. 😂
So here’s to supermarket soundtracks and random emotional flashbacks. Music doesn’t care if you’re dressed like a couch and holding broccoli. It hits anyway. 🎶💥
