Morning is my personal ritual of awakening ✨
id: 10047282

I wake up early. Not because I have to, but because I love this moment - fragile, half-asleep, quiet. 🌙 The day has not yet begun, but everything is ready for its beginning. Sometimes you don’t even need an alarm clock: I just open my eyes and hear the street sighing - with cars, bird voices, footsteps. 🚗🐦👣

I don’t get up right away. First, I touch my face. The skin is warm, soft. 🤲 Then I reach for the blanket, I reach for it hesitantly, like for a loved one — slowly, so as not to scare away the comfort. I turn on the music — usually the piano, without words. 🎹 Morning doesn’t require words. It requires silence, rhythm and tempo. ☕

While the kettle is heating the water, I wash my face. 💦 The water is cold, but I love this awakening. It’s real. I apply cream — not to be beautiful, but to feel the touch. I’ve noticed how often we forget to touch ourselves with love. Morning is a reminder. That you exist. That you are alive. 💖

I drink tea with honey. I never rush. The first sips are like the first kisses. Careful, slightly tart, but sweet in the aftertaste. 👄🍵 I look out the window. I like it when the light passes through the leaves on the tree opposite. 🌳☀️ Sometimes it seems to me that I am talking to this tree. It is my neighbor in silence. 🤫

I do not read the news in the morning. I do not want to clutter my mind. Better - a book, a page or two. 📚 Or thoughts. I often think about people, about what they are doing at this moment. Someone is already on the road, someone is hugging a child, someone is still sleeping. And I just breathe and give thanks. 🙏

I dream that one day my morning will begin on the seashore. 🌊 Where a white cup and hot tea warm not only your fingers, but also everything inside. It seems to me that there I can completely dissolve in myself. 🧘‍♀️

And you know, I realized that happiness is not in global achievements, but in these tiny, intimate moments. In the way you close your eyes when you wash your face. In the way the tea slowly pours. In the way the air tickles your cheeks when you open the window. 🍃💕
