Thin hands, loud changes

It seemed to me that professions are divided into "women's" and "all the rest" 👩‍🏫

That's what they taught at school. That's what they wrote in magazines. And that's what my male acquaintances said. Until one day I found myself on board a plane ✈️, where the captain was a woman. And it was... unexpected. At first. And then — as it should be.

I increasingly notice women who do what used to be considered "not a woman's job." But they don't fight. They don't prove. They just do 💪. And that's the power. Not in slogans. But in silent professionalism.

👩‍⚕️👩‍⚕️ The surgeon who saved a child while some doubted whether a woman could withstand a 10-hour operation.

🚒🚒 The firefighter who pulled a dog out of a burning house while neighbors looked on in disbelief.

👩👩 The engineer whose drawings were approved without knowing that it was her work.

I admire them. Without fanfare. Without feminism. Simply - as people who have courage. To do what their soul lies in ❤️. Despite the stereotypes.

And yes, we still have a way to go. They still pay less. They still ask about children. They are still surprised. But more and more - they admire.

I want my nieces not to think about a "female profession". So that they simply choose where their heart is. And know: they have an example. Not from the podium. But from the fire escape, from the operating room, from the pilot's cabin ✨.

A quiet revolution is happening every day. And she has very beautiful hands.
