Smoothies are especially useful in the summer. They are not only tasty, but also very convenient - beat a few ingredients in a blender, and you already have a full breakfast or light snack. Ideal for those who are on the go or just want something healthy without too much effort.

My favorite summer recipe is a celery and cucumber smoothie 🥒
This smoothie is a real find for those who want to refresh themselves, cleanse the body and feel light. I highly recommend it!
Ingredients:

2 stalks of celery

1 medium cucumber (peeled if the skin is rough)

1 apple (green or sweet - to taste)

1 tsp. lemon juice

150 ml of water or coconut water

Optional: a piece of ginger or a few mint leaves

How to cook:

Chop everything and put it in a blender.

Beat until smooth.

Serve with ice cubes - and enjoy!

This drink is not only refreshing, but also helps get rid of swelling, supports the work of the stomach and fills the body with energy.
