🚶‍♀️ walking without a goal: when you just walk and come back to yourself
id: 10056120

There are days when everything is annoying. When it seems that nothing is going well: plans have fallen through, things are delayed, thoughts are spinning like a spoiled film. At such moments, I do one simple thing - I leave the house. Without a goal. Without headphones. Without direction.

I just walk. I observe.

I watch how the street lamp shines on the corner of the street, how the trees sway in the wind, how the cats look out of the windows. The world around me breathes calmer than I do. And gradually - I begin to breathe in time.

These evening walks have become a special ritual for me. I don't plan them. They happen when I need them most. And most often - they are the ones that save.

Because it's not about kilometers or steps. It's about movement inside. About the ability to become yourself again after noise, fears and fatigue.

Sometimes, to get back to yourself, you just need to leave the house and go. No matter where.
