Re: choosing the older man by Ray

Nice blog, Ray, you are wise and I share your sentiments immensely. A woman, of any age, deserves love, trust, respect and honor. Women are like the flowers of the garden (world), pleasing to the eye and to beautify. They are tender and of the weaker sex (in physical strength mostly) and deserve to be loved and cherished. Using an analogy, we all have preferences in flowers.....some of us like roses, some daffodils, etc. So there are always choices that suit our individual preferences. So there are women here to suit every male preference, so we shouldn't knock them, but just be respectful and approach them in love. I applaud your views and they almost mirror my own. The age thing is irrelevant, if a young woman feels comfortable with an older man......by all means. That's her preference and she should be respected for it. I myself am corresponding with a few younger women and I never be rude to them or get out of hand.

The world today is kind of crazy, but we, the senior folks came up through the "old school", so we have values and morals. I remember the days when we tipped our hats to any women we passed in the streets. We quickly relinquished our seats on any public transportation, in favor of a woman who needed one. Those kinds of respect are absent among the younger folks, but I think there are some older folks who are just as bad. So, I also applaud the young lady that penned the original blog on this topic. This site was created for men and women who are looking for love and life partners and I wish that we all would not abuse it, but be truthful, be honest and respectful to each other. Love is the key.
