How i learned to create my perfect mood playlist 🎵
id: 10057169

In everyday life, I download a new playlist in the morning - but I advise myself not to stop at one. 🌅 Instead of "working" or "relax", I chose a strategy: sound as a reflection of mood. Sometimes I do a test drive: I listen - and write down how I feel: calm, absent-minded, energetic ...

I started with genres: indie rock, neo-soul, ambient, Latin. 🎶 But I quickly realized: it doesn't matter what is played - it matters how it makes me feel. For example, when I want lightness in the morning, I choose tracks with a light beat, true singing. It's like a smile before you get out of bed. 😊

At lunchtime, I like electro-soul: if the day has required concentration, but I don't want to be distracted. 🧠 In the evening, jazz or lounge. 🌙 When I want privacy, ambient. It's interesting how music affects my steps on the street, my gait, my voice. It's important to listen not only to my ears, but also to my body.

How to create your own: I created a "mood" folder, and I add a track there as soon as it catches my attention. 💫 Then I sort it by preference. There are already more than a hundred songs. And what's surprising is that when you sit down in the evening to choose a movie or a book, you often start with music. It helps you think before you think.

The most unexpected moment: I once turned on a playlist before going to bed - and my sleep came differently. 🌠 It was deep, calm and bright. And in the morning, I already knew what kind of mood it was. I really want to create another "sleep routine".

Music is my inner guide. 🗺 Sometimes it seems like the colors become brighter or darker depending on the track. I thought that you shouldn't just listen to music - you should let it influence the rhythm of your day.
