🍓 strawberry secrets and a spoon

There are two types of people in this world: those who buy strawberry jam… and those who make it from scratch while dancing in the kitchen barefoot 😄 Guess which one I am?
This morning I found a jar of fresh strawberry confit I made last week, hidden behind a container of pickles. That little pink gem was practically begging to be eaten! So I grabbed a spoon, no toast needed, and just let the flavor remind me of summer 🌞
Cooking, for me, is a little bit like flirting — it’s all about timing, temperature, and a good dose of improvisation. No recipe is perfect until you make it your own. Just like people, right?
I wonder… do you cook? Or are you more of a “let’s go grab tacos” type of guy? 😉
