MY SECRET RECIPE (NOT SO SECRET, BUT IT'LL FIT THE TOPIC)
I'll say it right away: no okroshka. I'm for transparency in relationships and on a plate. And also for lightness.
What I take:
2 zucchini (young, like my summer plans)
1 cucumber (so it doesn't get boring)
A bunch of dill (greens are life!)
A pinch of humor and good mood (not bought, but definitely worth adding)
Sometimes a little feta or yogurt for tenderness
I fry it all a little, add water or light broth, bring to a boil and... whizz with a blender. Voila! The soup is ready. You can eat it hot or cold - as your mood dictates.
WHO SAID SOUP IS BORING?
For example, I add to the soup:
hand-made croutons (okay, just croutons from a loaf)
comments like "Well, MasterChef is resting"
and a spoonful of joy - because even soup deserves a fanfare. Even a neighbor who usually thinks that soup is "for grandmas" once said:
"Katya, you surprised me. This is not soup, it's an art installation!"
IF LIFE GIVES YOU ZUCCHINI - MAKE SOUP
Summer soup is like a good date:
light,
leaves a pleasant aftertaste,
and you want to repeat it.
