Low-fat cottage cheese + a little honey + vanilla — and fresh berries on top. The perfect “dessert in a glass” for a romantic evening… with yourself.
Chocolate with cocoa and avocado.
Don’t be scared! It’s magic: avocado, cocoa powder, a little honey and a drop of lemon. The consistency is like ganache, the taste is like a holiday!
And how can you not break down and have a “real” cake?
The trick is in the ritual: serve it beautifully, light a candle, turn on the music and eat the dessert slowly, with feeling, with sense, and not with hungry longing in your eyes.
