I like to move — but not because I have to. But because it brings joy. I can dance at home in the kitchen, jump in puddles after the rain, ride a bike at dusk or just walk barefoot on the grass.
It's all about movement that nourishes the body and frees the mind.
I don't need a gym to feel alive. It's enough to have a body that wants to breathe, a heart that beats, and a mood to feel the world with your touch. 🌈🧘‍♀️
