☁️ some days just feel heavy

You know those days when nothing’s exactly wrong… but everything feels a bit too much? The kind of day when you wake up already tired. When the light outside feels grey, even if the sun is shining. When everyone’s voice sounds a bit too loud, and you’re not sure what you even want for lunch, let alone in life.
I used to fight those days. Try to "fix" them. Push through, smile harder, be productive. But now I let them be.
Not every day has to be bright. Some days are soft. Slow. They invite you to be gentle with yourself. To unplug. To listen inward instead of out loud.
So today, I put on a big sweater, made tea, and didn’t force myself to smile. I let the day be what it is. And I think there’s a quiet kind of strength in that.
