I don't like reading advice on "How to become happy in 5 minutes."
But one day I made myself a list - not to become happy, but to remember the little anchors that save me from the blues. βš“οΈπŸŒ»

This list is on my phone. Sometimes I add something new to it.

Drink water right after waking up. I don't know why, but this simple sip always makes the morning lively. πŸ’§πŸŒ…

Always have fresh fruit at home. I can forget to buy bread, but there must be a tangerine or a pear in the fridge. 🍊🍐

Sometimes drink coffee outside. Even if I'm in a hurry, even if it's a plastic cup - a sip of hot coffee under the noise of the city always brings me back to the rhythm. β˜•οΈπŸ™

Have a playlist "for a rainy day" on your phone. There are strange songs from your youth, silly dance tracks, a couple of slow songs. But they always help. 🎧🌈

Ironing clothes. It sounds boring, but for me, an iron is like meditation. When everything is smooth and warm, I feel that at least something in my life is under control. πŸ‘—πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

Calling a friend for no reason. Sometimes it's 5 minutes of laughter. Sometimes an hour of gossip. But it's always a small plus to the mood. πŸ“žπŸ˜‚

Reading a couple of pages before bed. A paper book, the light of a night light, the smell of paper - all this heals better than valerian. πŸ“šπŸŒ™

I know my list is not universal. But there is not a word about "success", "goals" and "motivation" in it.
Just little things that make the day warmer. πŸ’›βœ¨

And if I'm sad, I open this list and choose at least one thing.
Usually this is enough to believe: the day is not lost yet. 🌀πŸ’ͺ
