I write. In a notebook, in notes, sometimes just mentally. Words heal. When you write out everything that gnaws at you, it becomes easier. My pain turns into letters, and letters into experience.
And I don't forget to ask for support. To loved ones, to myself, to God, depending on your situation. The main thing is not to be alone in a difficult situation.
And I also remind myself, everything is temporary. A storm doesn't last forever. After the night, there's always a morning. And even if today seems black, it's not the end of the story.
This is how I cope. Sometimes I cry. Sometimes I smile through my tears. But I always move on. And you? How do you get through your storms?😢
