Not because I'm sleepy 😴, but because that's when I feel most like myself.
The world hasn't woken up yet 🌍, but I already have a cup of warmth and ritual in my hands 🤎
Coffee isn't just a drink.
It's comfort 🫶

There's something familiar about this smell... a little freedom, a little habit, a little addiction 😅
Sometimes I wonder: is it even good for you? 🤔
They say:
✅ it invigorates
✅ it improves concentration
✅ helps with sports
✅ speeds up metabolism
It's a miracle, not a grain, right? 🌱✨
But...
On days when I forget to eat 🍽️ and fill my hunger with caffeine —
my body reminds me: hey, you're not a robot ⚠️
💥 My heart beats faster
💥 My hands shake
💥 My mood fluctuates like Wi-Fi
And I promise myself again: “Tomorrow — no coffee!” 🙈
I promise. Probably 😄
And yet I come back...
Because coffee is more than just an effect.
☁️ It's my pause
🤍 My reboot
🕯️ My five minutes to myself, when the whole world can wait
Coffee can be harmful 😬 if we drink it instead of living.
Instead of resting 🛌
Instead of taking care of ourselves 💆♀️
But it can also be beneficial — if you drink it in the moment. Consciously. With love ☕️💫
So, yes... I drink coffee. Sometimes too much 😅
But with every sip — I feel alive 💃
And that, you have to admit, is a very good reason to continue 😉
