It's my way of coping with life.
When I'm anxious inside, I put on gloves.
When too much has accumulated, I go to the gym.
There, I don't think about everyday life, about problems, about my phone.
I just breathe.
Move.
Punch.
Live.
Boxing taught me not to give up.
Every fall is part of the process.
Every miss is an experience.
Every "I can't" is temporary.
But the feeling when you get up, even when you're tired, even in tears - it stays with you forever.
It made me stronger. And softer. At the same time.
Stronger - because I realized that I can.
Softer — because I learned to control. Not emotions, but reactions.
I became more confident.
I became quieter inside.
And much louder — in my desires, actions, decisions.
Boxing is not only muscles. It is character.
It is discipline, patience, breathing.
It is respect — for yourself, for your partner, for the space.
It is about how you stand up. How you look into the eyes. How you take a punch — not only in the ring.
And if someone asked:
— "Why do you go there?"
I would answer simply:
— "So as not to lose myself."
Boxing is my strength.
My rhythm.
My anchor.
My love.
