When you feel bad — scream! 🔥
id: 10043196

At such moments, you want to hide, shut up, hide the pain and not show it to anyone. But you know, sometimes the best thing you can do is just SCREAM.
Why?
1️⃣ Screaming is a way out.
When we scream, we release accumulated stress, anger, sadness. It is like letting go of a heavy backpack that you have been carrying on your shoulders for a long time.
2️⃣ Screaming is a signal.
It tells the world and yourself: “I feel bad right now.” This is honest and human.
3️⃣ Screaming is strength.
Screaming is not a sign of weakness, but a way to regain control over yourself.
It helps to cleanse yourself and start over.
Of course, you don’t always need to scream loudly and throughout the entire house. Sometimes it's enough to scream into a pillow, outdoors, in the gym, or even inside yourself - a deep breath, a splash of emotions.
When I feel like everything has covered me, sometimes I just allow myself this moment - to let out a sound, to let the feelings be. And then it becomes easier to breathe, move on and not be afraid to be real.
Remember - crying and screaming is normal. The main thing is not to keep the pain inside.
