The morning begins with hope, Maybe today it will be cooler? But it is worth looking out the window and hope evaporates along with the night chill. Summer decided to arrange a sauna in the open air, only without the ability to go out and pour cold water over yourself.
It is impossible to work. Thoughts, like the phone, overheat. The only thing that saves is the air conditioner and dreams of winter. Or at least about rain. Or at least about a fan that does not make noise like a jet plane.
But you know what? There is still something magical in this heat. It slows down the rhythm, teaches you to save energy, drink water more often and appreciate every light breeze. And it also gives the perfect excuse to just do nothing.
