Being strong doesn’t mean being always confident and invulnerable. On the contrary, strength is often born through pain, through overcoming difficulties, through moments of doubt and even tears. And it was next to people who didn’t turn away, but supported me, that I learned to accept my true self — with all my fears and mistakes.
I am grateful to those who weren’t afraid to show me the truth, even if it was bitter. Thank you for the honesty that sometimes hurt, but made me look at things differently. It was difficult, but that’s what shaped me and made me grow.
I am grateful to those who believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. Their faith, words of support, even just being there gave me the strength to move on. I remember those moments when it seemed like everything was falling apart, but someone just took my hand and said, "You can do it." It wasn't an empty phrase, it was real medicine.
Thank you to those who left. And yes, it was those who left who also made me stronger. They showed me that you need to appreciate those who stay and learn to let go of what doesn't bring joy or peace. Leaving is also a lesson, albeit a painful one, but a necessary one.
I am grateful for my mistakes and failures. They are inseparable from the people who were there. Without them, I would not have learned to see strength and resilience in myself. Every time someone supported me after a failure, I realized that I was not alone - and this gave me hope.
Today, I try not to forget these people, because they are part of my journey. Their support, love and even trials - all this made me who I am now. Strength is not something innate, but something we build together with others, through experience and relationships.
I believe that gratitude is one of the most important emotions. It helps us appreciate not only the good moments, but also the trials, because it is through them that we grow. And I am happy that there were people on my path who made me stronger. Thank them for that. 💛
