Sometimes your brain just says: “Let’s go.”
That’s what happened. I woke up, opened Google Maps, picked a random city I’d never been to - and bought a ticket. Alone. No plan. No hotel. Just vibes. 😎
Packed a tiny bag like a pro (yes, I forgot my charger - thanks for asking 😒), jumped on a train and boom - I was officially a solo traveler.
First 2 hours - pure freedom, confidence, felt like a travel blogger.
Then - I arrived.
And the station was EMPTY. Just me, two pigeons, and a vending machine that ate my only coin 😭
I wandered the town like a lost school kid, searching for any sign of life. Finally found a tiny café. The barista didn’t speak English. I didn’t speak his language. We communicated with smiles, hand gestures - and even sounds 😅
But guess what? The coffee was amazing. And he gave me a cookie. Instant happiness. 🍪
The whole trip was a mix of “What am I doing?” and “This is so cool.”
I got lost twice, made friends with a dog, and watched the sunset on a rooftop with strangers who felt like almost-friends for an hour.
What I learned - you don’t need the perfect plan. You just need courage, Wi-Fi, and spare socks 😂
And honestly - the best trips are the ones you take for no reason. Just because you want to.
