Sometimes your silence is like a hug. without words, but with support. 🤍

I often thought that loneliness is when there are no people around, but in fact it can be a state of mind. Sometimes it seems to me that there is an ocean of feelings inside me that cannot always be expressed in words. And when someone is just nearby, not trying to fill the silence with conversations or advice, but simply is - it is like a hug that does not squeeze, but supports. 🤗

Silence is not emptiness, it also speaks. It can be understanding, trust, respect. At such moments, I feel that I do not need to be changed or explained. You can just be. And this is so valuable that words cannot describe.

Sometimes I'm afraid to open up too much, afraid that I will not be understood or rejected. But when there is a person next to me who does not demand anything from me except just being myself - it gives incredible strength. No need to prove anything, no need to pretend. Silence becomes a bridge between souls.

Sometimes I catch myself thinking that it is in such silent moments that I feel alive. When you do not need to run anywhere, explain anything, do not need to be strong or cheerful. Just be. And it is so liberating. 💫

How many times have I waited for words that never sounded. But then I realized that sometimes just being present is enough. Without words, without loud promises, without pressure. Just being there, like a quiet hug that says "I'm with you."

For me, this is real support - not when they shout about their care, but when they are silent, and in this silence you feel support. Because true closeness does not require proof, it just is.

Maybe this is love - the ability to be silent together, not being afraid of emptiness, but accepting it as part of the relationship. Silence that does not distance, but brings together. Which heals and gives strength to move on.

I want to learn to appreciate such moments when there is no need to explain anything. When you can just close your eyes and feel that you are not alone. That there is someone who is ready to support with silence, and not with words.

And let the world around you be noisy, let it sometimes be hard and lonely, I believe that it is in such silent embraces that I find my support. And this gives hope.

Let each of us find such silence, which will not be emptiness, but a warm, reliable embrace. Without words, but with support. 🤍
