People often tell me: "You are so slim, you must be on a diet." And I laugh - I eat everything. Just not everything at once and not at night before a TV series.

My sport is not about records, but about a ritual. I can run two laps around the house in the morning and proudly consider myself a marathon runner. The main thing is not for the sake of photos on social networks, but for the sake of a light head.

Healthy sleep is generally sacred to me. I can cancel a meeting if I did not get enough sleep. No pity. Sleep heals more than all vitamins.

Have you noticed that people who chase a healthy lifestyle are often tired and angry? I do not want that. It is better to be balanced and without mania. It is better to have pizza once a week than a nervous breakdown from broccoli every day.

Take care of yourself - even if you feel like you have a lot of strength. Sometimes the most useful thing is to just go to bed on time. Do you agree?
